Teacher effectiveness is an indicator that describes in what rate was achieved the desired effects upon students by the teacher.

Five Personality Factors: Extroversion with characteristics of being active, assertive, energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing, talkative, warmth, gregariousness, positive emotions and excitement seeking. Agreeableness with few qualities of being appreciative, forgiving, generous, kind, sympathetic, trusting, friendly, helpful, considerate, honest and decent. Conscientiousness with characters of being Efficient, organized, productive, planful, reliable, responsible, thorough, behave ethically, self-disciplined, dutiful. Openness to experience with characteristics of being Artistic, curious, imaginative, insightful, original, wide interests, introspective, aesthetic. Neuroticism with few characters of being Anxious, self-pitying, tense, touchy, unstable, worrying, impulsiveness, hostile, depressed.

Creative thinking skills can be found more or less in every individual, or it can be learned. Mentoring is one of the strategies that has been used for developing creative potential. This study aims to determine whether the effectiveness of mentoring strategy for teaching creative thinking skills differs according to intelligence level of the students.  


Conclusion and limitations

In this study, it was examined whether the effectiveness of mentoring strategy for teaching creative thinking skills differs according to the level of intelligence. Research findings show that mentoring strategy for teaching creative thinking skills is highly effective in both gifted and non-gifted individuals. This result indirectly supports the general belief that an individual needs at least a moderate level intelligence - an other words "to recognize the problem, to eliminate unrelated

Accurate result need perfect isolation from other teachers. Nota ben even a singing lesson also can bring those kind of exercises that take positive effects to the progression of thinking skills.

I am not sure that this precondition was examanied. But these reseaches areextremly useful and deserved more attention of society.

Only those steps that would stimulate the brain's logical abilities are left behind. And especially at the age when the neurons are the most "learnable".

On a social level, this can causes a huge loss.
