What is the biggest difficulty in school education?          What hinders the effectiveness of extra lessons?

In the school

Pupils often show a high diversity even in selected classes due to the following reasons:

  • children have different skill levels,
  • the children's strength-weakness map is different,
  • the age-related development of children is merely a manifestation of the fact that certain chemical processes take place in the brain sooner or later, which also varies from individual to individual,
  • and diversity due to different personality.

We listed many problems but also take into consideration the different learning characteristics.
As a consequence, even the most qualified teacher placed at the head of the most carefully selected class cannot teach in such a way as to get the maximum out of each student - this is a limitation coded into school education, regardless of any elite school. This is the cause of poorer results, not necessarily the lack of ability or diligence of weaker students, which is assumed by their environment - often unfairly. At the same time, the teacher is not able to conduct a lesson in several ways at the same time - the possibilities of school education are definitely limited!

What hinders the effectiveness of private extra lessons?

There can be several reasons, and if we curricular learning? if we don't know this, treat it in the wrong way, the result can be disappointing! - What the student can do the least about, but they will suffer the most because of it. Let's look at the most common possible reasons, any of them can cause a complete failure!

The personality of the instructor and the student do not match to eachother. The lack of mutual recognition prevents the creation of an inspiring atmosphere. The spark that ignites the engine of development is missing.

The way of thinking of the instructor and the student do not match. Recognizing and eliminating this is the instructor's responsibility, especially in the case of personalized education.

The characteristics of the student are not taken into account. To give the student help in what they do not need. Otherwise, there is no point in personal occupation. Disturbing conditions for the student, their effects, are not treated. In the case of personal tutorial the advantages of accurate knowledge of the facts and circumstances must be exploited to increase the effectiveness of education.
